The clearest map for Rome

Inspired by the famous London Tube Map, we’ve designed a map that’s clear and easy to read. And to keep up with a subway system that’s always changing, we’ve developed technology that allows us to push the latest map to the app without the need for an app update, so you can always be confident that it is up to date.  Spend less time feeling lost and more time relaxing, exploring and seeing the sights of Rome.

Step-By-Step Guides

Every journey comes with a complete summary showing you how many changes there are and how long it will take you, so you’ll never be late again. You’ll never feel lost either thanks to Mapway’s guides that take you step-by-step through your route on the metro map, highlighting changes.

Originally a Roman temple, the Pantheon dates back to AD 609.  Built on the site of a previous temple that Marcus Agrippa had commissioned during the reign of Augustus, and which later burned down, the current structure was ordered by emperor Hadrian and is believed to have been constructed around AD 126..

Train Times

No one likes getting to their stop and having to wait ages for the next metro train. Or even worse, arriving just as a train is pulling away. Each station in the Mapway app has detailed train times arranged by line and platform so that you know exactly when your train is due.
